ANC: Jun Lozada has more revelations against the Aquino Administration. Lozada says, the Aquino gov't pushed through with a questionable land deal in Busuanga, Palawan, because the person involved, Gerry Acuzar, is the brother-in-law of Exec. Sec. Jojo Ochoa. "Ito ang patunay na talagang yung San Jose Builders na pag-aari ni Gerry Acuzar na malaki ang partisipasyon sa kampanya ni Pangulong Aquino nuong 2010, ay ito pala," Lozada said.
Lozada also accused Malacanang of coddling PhilForest President Erwin Santos, who is now the administrator of Acuzar's property in Palawan. "Ang nag-ayos ng papel ni Santos ay yung office ni Exec Sec.," Lozada said.
ANC: NBN-ZTE whistleblower  Jun Lozada accuses the Aquino Administration of harassing him.
Proof he says is the 3 cases pending against him at the Ombudsman. Lozada reveals the reason behind this: "Hindi ko kasi pinagbigyan siya (Aquino, who then just a Senator when the NBN-ZTE controversy broke out) noon nung nasa Hong Kong ako. Nagpasabi siya na susunduin ako, pero hindi ko pinaunlakan. (Aquino supposedly offered Lozada protection then) Doon ko nalaman na hindi pa pala nya nakakalimutan yun," Lozada said.
Lozada also reveals a confrontation with Aquino in a meeting last February. "Sinumbat sa akin noon ng presidente na tinaya niya buhay niya para sunduin ako sa Hong Kong pero hindi ko raw siya pinansin," Lozada said. Lozada says, Aquino has lost interest in the NBN-ZTE case. "Sabi niya wala na yang ZTE deal na yan. Wala nang mangyayari dyan. Wala namang nakinabang dyan," Lozada said. Lozada also reveals a group in Malacanang is favoring a businessman who reportedly contributed a huge amount of money to Aquino's campaign.

Of 46 north and central Luzon representatives elected to Congress, 17 are LP members.
INQUIRER: Commission on Elections Chairman Sixto Brillantes Jr. has warned a staunch critic against making any more complaints or his client won't be proclaimed.
AES WATCH: Comelec is now anointer of presumed winners
By committing more errors that those recorded in 2010, by marking arbitrary and highly-irregular decisions during canvassing, and proclaiming presumed winning candidates prematurely the Commission on Elections (Comelec) has turned the second automated elections from bad to worse - a technology and political disaster.
From Rene Del Rosario former IT head of COMELEC:..., I sampled the quick count 'manufactured' by the transparency kuno server and found that the votes share are consistently 59.50% for the admin, 30.93% for the opposition and 5.77% for the underdogs (pardon the term). This statistically impossible! The 9-3 outcome is driven by a linear equation embedded in the pcos, not how the people voted.
INQUIRER: Telcos to Comelec: WHAT WEAK SIGNAL?
The country's two major telecommunications providers have denied claims that weak signals played a major role in the delayed transmission of results in Monday's elections. PLDT said in a statement that its mobile networks, including those of Smart and Sun Cellular, "were fully functional throughout the exercise." Globe Telecom said that its help desk stationed at the National Support Center had yet to receive a single  transmission-related concern from the election's technology provider Smartmatic.

Macalintal said the partial proclamation was a "bad precedent" because it paves the way for local boards of canvassers to proclaim winners "BASED ON THEIR DISCRETION on who is the winning candidate." "What is now the remedy of the aggrieved party? What will be the basis of the aggrieved party who would want to file an election protest, he or she would not know the (vote difference) between him or her and the proclaimed candidate," he said.
INQUIRER: AQUINO 'RUSHED TO PICC after getting Comelec call on proclamation
When Paolo Benigno "Bam" Aquino IV got the call from the Commission on Elections to go to the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), he "rushed" to get there. "That's why I'm here. I just got call around 4:30 to 5 p.m. and we rushed here," said Aquino who at 36 is the youngest senator-elect from his batch.
reelectionist Sen. Aquilino Pimentel III: "Proclaim winners at the six-million-vote level? With still 30 million votes uncanvassed? Where is the logic in the early partial proclamation? Why rush?" He said that while there was no doubt that the six proclaimed senators-elect have already secured their Senate seats, the NBOC SHOULD ACT STRICTLY "IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW and procedure."
The public is now left in the dark and will have no way of knowing results of the elections being transmitted to the PPCRV-KBP transparency server. The PPCRV has temporarily suspended its service until the completion of the proclamation of the 12 winning senators upon the Comelec's instructions.

Meanwhile, the former president's son, CamSur Rep. Diosdado "Dato" Arroyo, also won in his reelection bid, besting outgoing provincial Gov. Luis "LRay" Villafuerte. Lisa Maza, one of the complainants in the case, told the Sandiganbayan Fourth Division that her main basis in filling the case against the former President, her husband, Atty. Jose Miguel Arroyo, former Chairman Benjamin Abalos, and former Transportation Secretary Leandro Mendoza, was the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee report which conducted an investigation on the deal in 2007. Lawyer Lawrence Arroyo, counsel of the former President, said all that was presented was hearsay evidence. "It was all hearsay. They heard it from other people. They don't have any personal knowledge on the deal but based only what other people, specifically from the opposing side, had told them," Arroyo said.
They designed all those things to cheat let as see what will happen.
TRIBUNE: Liza Maza: When asked by Ruy Rondain, counsel of the former FG, if she also sought to clarify the allegations from any of the accused in the case, Maza said she did not. She also admitted that she and her other complainants in the case, namely Bayan Muna Rep. Teddy Casiño and Bayan Muna Chairman Carol Araullo, deliberately did not include the former Speaker and his son as respondents in the complaint they filed despite the fact that the Senate report also included them as culpable for graft and corruption.

ANC: Ex-Chief Justice Renato Corona says he is not surprised that the DOJ has found probable cause against him to file tax evasion charges. Corona says he never expected any fairness from Justice Sec. Leila De Lima, who had testified against him during his impeachment trial. Corona also describes the tax suit as 'continuing political persecution' against him and his family.
CJ Corona's statement-reply to the tax evasion charges against him: What fairness could I have expected from the DOJ whose head De Lima testified against me during my sham impeachment trial? Was there ever any doubt about the outcome of this charade? My savings are the result of 45 years of diligent work in the private and public sectors. I do not have any tax liability to the government. I have never in all my life ever received even a single notice of deficiency assessment from the BIR. The contrived claims of the BIR will fall flat on its face because they are without legal, factual and moral basis, and are just part of the continuing political harassment and persecution that they have been incessantly inflicting on me. This, after the farmers' angry dismay on the anniversary of the final and executory decision of the Supreme Court ordering the Aquino-Cojuangco family to distribute Hacienda Luista.
