Ang problema ng bayan kay Noynoy ay lagi na lang siya nakikipagpaligsahan sa dating administration ni GMA. Gusto niya ay mas higit siyang mahusay kaysa kay GMA. Ibig sabihin ay mapagmataas siyang masyado o hambog na hindi niya itutuloy ang flood control plan ng previous administration kahit ito ay makakabuti sa sambayanan. Pero sa bandang huli ay kokopyahin din ang plano ng previous administration at aariin nila na kanilang plano ito katulad ng nangyari sa ipiniresentang "billions of flood control plan" pagtapos ng delubyo na nangyari ngayon upang ang karangalan ay mapasakaniya. Pero paano ang paghihirap at destruction ng bilyon bilyon na nangyari sa dalawang taon na hindi niya inimplement ito? Marami nang utang si Noynoy sa sambayanan Pilipino dahil sa kanyang kahambugan at kasinungaligan. Ang tunay ng lider ay mapagkaumbaba at hindi sinungaling. Walang leadership talaga ang Presidente natin ngayon.

Noynoy is not serious as President of the Philippines; his legacy is to demean the previous governments - Marcos and GMA; alas, he has turned himself a vindictive president of the yellow fever followers. He is myopic in all aspects of of governance.

Assoc Justice Presbitero Velasco and Court Admin Midas Marquez protested the scrapping of their allowances during a hearing on the proposed P17.7-billion budget for the judiciary for next year by the House approp comm. They said they want the allowances restored in the proposed budget for next year.
