ANC: watchdog kontra daya sees a repeat of the 2010 elections where massive disenfranchisement, failure of elections in some areas and chaos in election precincts were experienced. kontra daya spokesman nardy sabino says the final testing and sealing process yielded numerous technical glitches, jamming of pcos machines, incompatible pcos and manual counting that shows there are serious lapses which the comelec failed to address.
