RADYO5: ISSUE: PARTY LIST SYSTEM - ANAD Party list Rep.

INQUIRER: DORONILA - Almendras' crown of thorns Mindanao experienced a rolling power shortage reminiscent of the energy crisis faced by Pres Fidel Ramos' administration, which inherited the problem from the administration of Pres Cory Aquino, the incumbent President's mother. Reputed to be close to the President, Almendras was retained at his post, and the President defied the clamor to dismiss his nonperforming energy secretary.
INQUIRER: DORONILA - The crisis heightened and last April, the President called a summit in Davao City to seek a solution to the worsening power outages. Instead of offering measures to solve the crisis, the President shocked the summit participants when he said that "the era of cheap electricity in Mindanao is coming to an end."

PHILSTAR: NET HOT MONEY INFLOW DOWN 25% IN 10 MOS
Profit taking caused a SLOW DOWN in foreign portfolio investments in October, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) reported yesterday. Also called "hot money" for the ease they enter and exist economies, portfolio investments posted a net inflow of $40.16 million. This brought the year-to-date tally to $2.663 billion from January to October DECREASING 25% from $3.593B year-ago levels, BSP data showed.
after more than 2 years of propaganda0driven governance, TRUTH coming out NOW: rising unemployment and hunger, worsening human rights violations, taxpayers wasted on foreign trips as foreign direct investments reported as almost nil, a nation divided on RH, FOI and MILF sub-state accord, comelec's purge on party list and efforts to muzzle media...worse, if propaganda failed, instead of coming up with solutions, they cover up these failures with more and more propaganda, reason why this administration will NEVER succeed. EVER.
MLA STANDARD: JOJO ROBLES - HIGH RATINGS BUT NO JOBS
Merely a month after SWS reported that Pres Noynoy Aquino was enjoying his highest popularity ratings since he was elected in 2010, the survey outfit announced that self-rated unemployment went up in the 3rd Quarter of 2012, from 26.6% last May to 29.4% in August. It truly is a puzzlement, this supposed satisfaction of people who aren't even sure if they can earn enough to keep body and soul together in the here and now.
INQUIRER: NET 'HOT' MONEY INFLOW IN OCT DOWN BY 83%

Inquirer: Tiglao - "Either the smugglers are running circles around Biazon, or the 'tuwid na daan' is really a very crooked one," an official of a trade organization said. Another remarked: "Don't you notice that Biazon isn't crying that he's not included in Aquino's senatorial slate, while his deputy commissioner for intelligence Danny Lim has recently become so quiet?"
