ABS-CBN NEWS - The House prosecution panel on Thursday denied saying that Chief Justice Renato Corona has 45 real estate properties. During questioning, Senator-judge Francis Escudero said he has counted so far 18 properties, excluding the 6 parking lots the prosecution said were not properly disclosed in the statement of assets, liabilities, and net worth. "You announced to the media, there are 45 properties," he asked lead House prosecutor Iloilo Rep. Niel Tupas Jr. "We just want to put on record that the 45 did not come from the prosecution. It was a letter,,," Tupas replied before being cut off due to loud groans from spectators inside the Senate.

The television footage showing tupas bannering the list of alleged '45 properties' of CJ corona and the footage of his denial that he did not release the list to the media and the public should be shown to tell the world how malicious and liar this two-time bar-flunker is.

- Let's be clear that It was the prosecution Spokespersons who said in their press con that there is a list from LRA that Coronas have 45 properties and only 5 have been declared to SALN.
- They cannot deny that.
- Sabi ni Tupas galing daw sa LRA pero ang arguuable dito is sino unang naglabas ng documents na ito from LRA? Knowing sila yung nag press con.

Hahaha! Tupaz caught in a bold-faced lie! Tupaz told Sen. Escudero and Sen. Estrada when asked directly if the prosecution released  the information or anyone on the prosecution panel released the supposed list of 45 properties to the media, Tupaz said NO, they did not. I'm sure there is enough evidence on video, tape and print to show that Tupaz is bold-faced Liar. In fact, ANC just ran the story from their broadcast on Jan 12 from their files. In that story, Rep Miro Quimbo, the spokesperson for the Prosecution panel is shown on video and audio telling the press that CJ Corona has 45 properties unaccounted for and insisting they will prove this. Caught in their lies! Tupaz, Quimbo... huling-huli at  bistado na kayo! May gana pa kayong magsinungaling. People should call the Prosecution on their lies!
