ANC: Breaking News: SC has issued status quo ante order against Comelec's money ban.
ANC: two pcos machines in barangay tinga labac malfunctioned when the ballots were inserted. in barangay sta. rita karsada the pcos hanged after the pin code was entered. another pcos machine at brgy pinamucan silangan emmited smoke after the testing and the pcos won't start up again. two back up cf cards were corrupted at cailacanlo elementary school. in brgy balagtas elem school the pcos machine power cord did not function. at tabang dao elementary school there were no marking pens that were found in the pcos machine.

Sinasabing ang walong body guard ay dating sundalo at nahuli matapos makatanggap ng tip ang mga otoridad sa pananatili ng mga armadong suspek sa lugar. Umanoy tinagka pa ang mga itong tumakas lulan ng isang sasakyang may kulay pulang plaka na puno ng mga campaign materials.

Narekober naman naman sa mga suspek ang anim na baril at kinasuhan ng paglabag sa gun ban at paggamit ng sasakyan pag aari ng pamahalaan sa kampanya.

- Nananatiling tikom ang bibig ni Camarines Sur Gov. L-Ray Villafuerete kaugnay sa pagkakahuli ng walong provincial security group nito na lumabag sa gun ban ng Comelec. Bukod sa mga matataas na kalibre ng baril, narekober din sa loob ng sasakyan ng mga ito ang ilang armas tulad ng brass knuckles at balisong.

Natagpuan din sa red plate vehicle ang ilang posters at campaign paraphernalia ng kanyang anak na si gubernatorial candidate Migz Villafuerte at Vice Gov. Ato Peña.

Ayon pa kay city director S/Supt. Abdulkadil Guilani, dapat din ay nakasuot ang mga suspek ng uniporme dahil gamit nila ang sasakyang nakarehistro sa gobyerno.

Nanindigan naman ang Comelec-Naga City na mahigpit na nilabag ng mga suspek ang Omnibus Election Code dahil pinagbabawal na gamitin ang anumang sasakyan ng gobyerno sa pangangampanya.

NAGA CITY: Gov. L-Ray Villafuerte of Camarines Sur remained silent about the arrest of his eight-man security group for violating the Commission on Elections (Comelec) gun ban. Villafuerte, as of this writing, has failed to issue a statement-one of the eight security aides admitted that they were with the governor before they engaged in a car chase with a PNP patrol in Naga City.

Giit ni Macalintal, kailangan ng pitong araw na paglathala ng resolusyon bago tuluyan itong magkabisa. Bukod aniya rito, ang kapangyarihan ng Comelec ay magpatupad ng batas sa halalan at hindi gumawa ng batas.
