ANC: two pcos machines in barangay tinga labac malfunctioned when the ballots were inserted. in barangay sta. rita karsada the pcos hanged after the pin code was entered. another pcos machine at brgy pinamucan silangan emmited smoke after the testing and the pcos won't start up again. two back up cf cards were corrupted at cailacanlo elementary school. in brgy balagtas elem school the pcos machine power cord did not function. at tabang dao elementary school there were no marking pens that were found in the pcos machine.
