ANC: Comelec Chairman Sixto Brillantes says, the actress and youngest sister of Pres Aquino, may be held liable for vote buying. This, after Kris Aquino revealed in a press conference that she gave P1,000 to a Cebu cab driver as fare and told the driver to keep the change. Kris reportedly grew fond of the driver after she said he will vote for Francis Escudero, Grace Poe, and Bam Aquino, all being endorsed by Kris.
