Saksi sa Dobol B. DZBB) Commentaries by J. Zobel
Top Sotry ANC: Interview with Balsa Mindanao Exec. Dir. Francisco Morales and DSWD Sec. Dinky Soliman by Bernadette Sembrano Morales:
- pinapahirapan nila. Hungry and angry yung mga tao kaya ginawa nila yun. See you in court DSWD.
INQUIRER: DICK GORDON
Gordon also cited Aquino's alleged weakness in foreign policy, especially his handling of the territorial dispute with China and the arrest of pyramid scam culprit Manuel Amalilio in Malaysia. "We are very much in trouble in handling foreign policy. The buck stops with him and that's why you need senior statesmen as President because of the experience and depth needed."
Aksyontv: 1) davao flood victims ransack relief goods at dswd davao city, victims said they are not receiving any help; dswd sec soliman claims they are not real flood victims; 2) sws survey shows lp bets surge but vp binay and una doubt truthfulness of survey; 3) president aquino gives ultimatum to sulu sultanate - but sultan kiram says they will not leave sabah.
INQUIRER: DICK GORDON
He complained about "double dealing" under the Aquino administration, where a magistrate would be pilloried for plagiarism while celebrating the two similar acts committed by its two tourism secretaries - spending P6 million for the "Pilipinas Kay Ganda" promotion copied from Poland's  campaign and another P10 million for the "It's more Fun In The Philippines" slogan stolen from Switzerland's.
INQUIRER: DICK GORDON: Love or hate him but Gordon tell is like it is "Do you think Noynoy would win  if his mother had not died? I am not  going to blame God for that... But just because he is the President doesn't give him infallibility like the Pope," Gordon said. "Can I be like Bam (Aquino)? Where I'd just say 'Tito Ninoy, Tita Cory and Kuya Noynoy' and I get elected." Describing as one of the administration's "biggest failing" was the way Chief Justice Renato Corona was ousted. They took out Corona using a little lady giving out evidence and leaving it in their garages. What if they did the same thing to you?"
INQUIRER COMMENTARY: CREDIT GOES TO FILIPINOS AS THE REAL HEROES OF EDSA '86
Give credit for sparking the revolution to Enrile and Ramos since it started with  their defection. most of all" But after all is said and done, REMEMBER THE PEOPLE IN THE MILLIONS upon whom everybody rode to separate glories.
PEOPLE'S JOURNAL: Lowest bidder's ink 'not impressive' - This is how the representative of PPCRV described the testing of the indelible ink of the lowest calculated bidder (LCB) of the Commission on Elections yesterday.
POLITICS (5:04-5:13 PASADA SAIS TRENTA DZMM) INTERVIEW WITH UNA SEC. GEN. REP. TOBY TIANGCO BY KAREN DAVILA
- NAHILO AKO NANG MAKITA KO ANG RESULTA NG SURVEY.
- I THINK SWS HAS TO EXPLAIN KUNG ANO 'YUNG REASON. ANG GUSTO NATING MALAMAN AY KUNG NAGBAYAD BA ANG KANDIDATO NG TEAM PNOY DITO SA BUSINESS WORLD SURVEY.

It was also noted that the three LP bets in Team Pnoy who have been LAGGING in earlier surveys ,are SUDDENLY within "striking distance."
INQUIRER: EU envoy: Journalist killings a concern European Union (EU) Ambassador Guy Ledoux called journalists "true defenders of human rights," but he said the continuing attacks on media workers in the Philippines and the government's failure to pass the freedom of information bill remained a concern even after the country had transitioned from authoritarian rule to democracy.

ANC: DSWD HIT FOR CORRUPTION
- The 'Barug Katawhan' group says, survivors are losing patience, because DSWD staff have yet to talk to them. Another group, 'Balsa Mindanao' says, the typhoon survivors did not ransack the DSWD office. "Hindi ransack -- it's confiscation, binawi lang po ng mga tao what rightfully belongs to them and should have been given to them efficiently  and effectively. Failure of that system ang isa sa reason bakit naganun yung mga survivors," said Francis Morales, the Executive Director of Balsa Mindanao. "Nabasa natin sa newspaper, published, all these corruptions for cash for work, food for work, sira na bigas, sumisirit na delata, mabaho na karne na supposedly December pa ipinamigay," Morales told ANC.

Anthony Taberna and Gerry Baja on DZMM:

Wala man lang kayong ginawa?

RMN: ISSUE: PNOY (9:25-9:26) Commentaries by M. Balawas
ANC: rep toby tiangco says una wants to know WHO, aside from businessworld, commissioned the sws survey that put team pnoy ahead in the senatorial race. tiangco says this is a REQUIREMENT of the law. tiangco adds surveys may be used to condition the minds of voters. he says they are unfazed by the survey results.
RMN: ISSUE: MALACANANG Commentaries by M. Balawas
dzmm teleradyo:
Jamalul Kiram III sounds more 'presidentiable' than a threatening BS aquino. this govt can't comprehend that a true and lasting peace in muslim mindanao can only be achieved by INCLUDING ALL muslim groups in the peace process and NOT JUST a single rebel group. is the pres TOO much IN A HURRY and salivating to get that much coveted nobel peace prize being worked out by his propagandists?
CONT/DZBB

No 9, the advice of the President is NOT WELCOME. The Sultanate of Sulu will face the consequences to PROVE violence is lost in the Philippines.
No 10, we will assure that if an agreement will be reached all arms will be returned to the Philippines and the 235 security forces will reside in Sabah.
No 11, an answer to your appeal we ALSO want peace, our history in the basis that we DIDN'T wage war in the Philippines.
No 12, Mr. President, I Mr. Jamalul Kiram III, pledges that my brother Datu Raja Muda Agbimuddin Kiram and our followers will NOT initiate violence and sign it with blood with my brothers but we are prepared to DEFEND our lives and our aspiration.
CONT/DZBB

No6, history proves that the Sultan of Sulu has never fought in any violence in its quest for justice. It is inappropriate to level the Sultan of Sulu as violent entity. As far as we are concerned we haven't committed a crime.
No 7, the Sultan of Sulu's action is a benevolent aspiration and not a violent reaction.
No 8, all these your Excellency, can be peacefully settled without THREAT but in a diplomatic way. Is it hard for Malaysia to sit down in square table and to diplomatically settle the issue on the grim that has been recognized by no less that Sultan Abdul Rahman in 1963 in the Manila Accord? All we ask for Malaysia is to sit down with the Kiram and come up with a win-win solution.
CONT/DZBB

No 3, during the time of the late Pres Diosdado Macapagal he solicited the authority from the Sultan of Sulu.
No 4, Pres Ferdinand Marcos also solicited the authority from the Sultan of Sulu and was given the Special Power of Attorney to pursue the claim.
Number 5, The Sultan of Sulu Jamalul Kiram III have not committed crime when permission was granted to Raja Muda Kiram to go peacefully in Sabah which is our homeland.
DZBB: ISSUE: SABAH STANDOFF - Statement of Sultan Jamalul Kiram III "For the first time we thank the President for his pronouncement on the Sabah standoff and we are happy that he is officially aware on what's happening. You will note that emissaries that were sent to us were denied by Malacanang in the first 4 days of the issue and that those emissaries were NOT diplomatic people but rather political and military officials. Number 2, Mr. President, what more PROOF do you want us to show that Sabah is ours by the mere fact that Malaysia is paying us annually the amount of 5,300 Malaysian Ringgit."
original edsa themes are "magkaisa" and "kapit-bisig" - dapat itanong ng media sa palasyo:
- after rh law, sin tax law, cybercrime law
- nagkakaisa ba tayong lahat?
- after milf bangsamoro peace process
- nagkakaisa ba ang muslim mindanao? (armm, mnlf and sultanate of sulu?)
- after BOI awarded livestock contract to a thai supplier, nakikiisa ba ang mga maliliit nating negosyante?
ANC: Activists support the action of Pablo victims this morning, who broke into the DSWD office in Davao City and ransacked the office, taking sacks of rice and other goods with them. "The action today of some 4,000 to 5,000 Pablo victim is a great victory of the poor. It is a bold show-of-force of the people against the bold propaganda of the of the Aquino govt that it is addressing the crisis in Mindanao, and its cover-up of corruption in the relief drive and efforts for the victims of Pablo," militant group Kadamay said.
