ABS-CBN: Pres Benigno Aquino should keep QUIET and let the justice system take its course, a lawyer of former FG Jose Miguel Arroyo said Monday. Atty. Ferdinand Topacio took offense at Aquino's latest tirades against the former Arroyo administration during the President's speech in Laos. Topacio described Aquino's statements as "lies." "It also evinces a quiet but deep desperation due to lack of any solid achievements to speak of, hence the need to disparage the previous administration at the slightest excuse, and at even the most inappropriate opportunity," he added.
