ANC: Zamb Rep Mitos Magsaysay: -Ex-Speaker de Venecia told me he can't give me any committee membership if I didn't belong to a political party so I joined Lakas. Former pres Arroyo and I are professional allies. We belong to minority but we're not personal allies, We're not close. When this administration stepped in, all they did was look at the faults of past administration. If Arroyo has done something wrong, let court decide. Aquino govt should focus on national governance and not on political personalities who are its enemies. I'm part of the minority. We're supposed to provide checks and balance. I didn't know this administration would be so onion-skinned. When I get criticized, I just take it as a grain of salt. It's part of the job. Raul Lambino that PGMA has strong evidence to destroy and debunk the lies that Unas peddled in his testimony, it is not necessary at this point to present this evidence. The prosecution has miserably failed to prove during the bail hearing that its evidence of the alleged guilt of PGMA as to the charge of electoral sabotage is strong. Such inadequacy of its evidence is fatal to its opposition to the grant of bail to PGMA. It has fallen awfully short of its duty to show the required legal basis for the denial of her constitutional right to bail in this case. In view of such inability of the prosecution to discharge its bounden obligation, the PGMA defense panel has submitted its petition for bail for resolution, with the parties now required just to submit their respective memoranda.

Sugarcane and rice farmers are in need of govt assistance to be able to send their children to attend to Pnoy's K+12 (the least edu level these farmers can afford) Now that PNoy succeeded in Corona's impeachment, pwede na kaya kaming mga magsasaka naman ang asikasuhin nya!!!
