Any which way it is cut, the Commission on Audit (CoA) special audit report is very selective, and intended all along for the public to damn the non-allies of Noynoy and protect not only his congressional allies but Noynoy himself. The fact that the audit was limited to 2007-2009 was pretty suspicious in itself, considering that these were the Gloria Arroyo years and in during a period where Noynoy and his Liberal Party mates had cut their political ties with her.
