Shouldn't she too, be impeached for being "suspected" and "reported"  to have  stashed away some P25 million?

analysis: what Tupas is saying is this - the presiding officer should be "fair and impartial" in FAVOR of the prosecution. Bagay naman sila na kontrabida. Mga spoiled brat na kongresista sa prosecution panel. Kung tutuusin, kung luto na lahat, huwag nalang bumoto sa 2013 sa mga distrito ng 188 na kongresistang iyan dahil tiyak na pati yun elecksyon aayusin nila habang nakaupo pa yung hari nilang sinisilbihan sa Malacanang.

The trial was adjourned clearly because (again) prosecution failed to submit the required memorandum. Tupaz was asking for "flexibility" - the procedure to be "liberal" - a plea to hide their ineptness and incompetence. He was asking for help to prove their case because, clearly, they have no case at all.

Pagmasdan ng mabuti kapag nagsasalita sa mga presscon ang mga kabilang ng prosecution at ang mga kabilang ng depensa. Makikita ninyo kung anong mga klaseng tao ang nakikipagtunggalian. Kapag ang depensa ang nagsasalita, maliwanag at mapapansin na hindi nila ginagawang tanga ang  sambayanan. Kapag nagsalitaand prosecution, halatng pinipilit nila ang gusto nila kahit na mali. Mali na nga ang proseso, hindi pa sila handa, pagkatapos mahilig  magreklamo at binibintang sa ibang tao ang mga pagkukulang nila. Ang pinaka nakakadismaya sa mga kilos nila, kapag nagsasalita, ginagawa nila tayong tanga at ninanais nila na magpadala tayo sa damdamin kapag gumagamit sila ng ng mga salita at paratang. Sinasadya nilang ilinlang yung taong bayan. Lagi nalang silang may hirit na magnanakaw si Corona at pinagpipilitan nila na kung hindi masusunod  ang gusto nila, ibig sabihin noon, may itinatago si Corona. Yung  mga sinasabi nila pampapogi lang at pinapalabas nila na may tinatago si Corona kahit na wala silang patnubay at butas-butas and mga inihahain nila na reklamo laban kay Corona. Papayag ba tayo magpadala sa mga kongresistang halatang at nasa bulsa ng Malacañang? Dapat tandaan ninyo ang mga pangalan at mukha ng maghudas na iyan na nagtaksil sa atin lahat para lang hindi maipamahagi ang Hacienda Luisita na lupain ng amo nila. Tandaan ninyo at huwag nang iboto at pagkatiwalaan uli. Hindi lang si Corona sinisiraan nila, dinadala nila tayong lahat sa impyerno. 

Palpak na naman si Tupaz nagrereklamo sa objections ni Cuevas pero wala namang ma suggest when Enrile asked him what the prosecutors would like to suggest. Tupaz was complaining when in fact he doesn't know what is the proper ruling on the presentation of evidence on witnesses. This is the error when one files a complaint based on rumors. Good for the defense!
