MLA STANDARD: JOJO ROBLES

Abad probably believes that if he reveals the provenance and nomenclature of DAP, he will make it more acceptable to a populace crying out against the wanton awarding to Congress of scads of public money that it can be basically spend on whatever it wants. But EVEN THE MOST GULLIBLE of the allies of this administration WILL HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING that giving more funds to Congress, no matter how the money is named and no matter how many months it was given after the impeachment and conviction of former Chief Justice Renato Corona, IS AN ECONOMIC ACCELERATOR, except for the senators and congressmen themselves.
MLA STANDARD: ORIGINALLY, DAP NOT INTENDED FOR SOLONS

The Disbursement Acceleration Program through which the Palace disbursed more than P1 billion to senators who convicted the chief justice that President Benigno Aquino III wanted ousted was not intended for lawmakers when it was introduced in 2011, data from the Department of Budget and Management showed.

A PALACE SOURCE said the releases under DAP-p30 million to P100 million per senator and P10 million to 15 million per congressman - STARTED ONLY IN 2012, AFTER CHIEF JUSTICE RENATO CORONA WAS CONVICTED BY THE SENATE IMPEACHMENT COURT.
FWD: Up to now, Pnoy has presented zero evidence of corruption in the lake dredging project he blocked, even refusing an emissary of Belgium's Prime Minister to address his concerns. But one letter arm-twisted from a lowly Czech ambassador is enough to clear sister Ballsy of a P1.3-billion MRT bribe scam.
MLA STANDARD: 'PNOY LIABLE FOR IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE, THREE SENATORS FOR BRIBERY'

Pres. Benigno Aquino III may have violated the Constitution by converting the "savings" under the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) into pork barrel by distributing P50 million to P100 million to P15 million to congressmen, former national treasurer Leonor Briones said Monday. Briones' position was supported by Navotas Rep. Toby Tiangco, three former lawmakers and an incumbent high-ranking House leader, who all requested anonymity. Tiangco said the DAP was used to bribe lawmakers to impeach Chief Justice Renato Corona since ONLY THE 188 CONGRESSMEN WHO SIGNED THE IMPEACHMENT COMPLAINT AND THE 20 SENATORS WHO VOTED TO CONVICT HIM WERE GIVEN ALLOCATIONS.
