Sen. Joker is right, it's so bothersome and IT'S SO UNFAIR! LRA's Diaz and Prosecution's Tupas MISLED the public and the impeachment court. There was MALICE in the search of CJ Corona's properties. The agenda is to link any name owning properties be it Jose Rizal, Lapulapu or Magellan! They don't care as long as it can be connected to the name of Corona ET on how much anguish and pain it can inflict to the chief magistrate and his family. Yes Sir, They don't care!! Atty. Diaz, as a witness, released information from LRA office, 45 properties of CJ Corona to Tupaz and to the media to discredit the Chief Justice by falsifying CJ's SALN and misleading the public. My major consideration in judging the impeachment trial is the "intent" of Corona. It is very difficult to sign an impeachment complaint against a sitting President. Estrada impeachment is different from Corona impeachment.
- Congressmen seemed happy signing the Corona impeachment complaint but agonized to sign the impeachment against Estrada. Corona is not God, we cannot expect him to be whiter than white. I continue to support the Aquino government. I support Aquino's anti-corruption drive but that is just a means to an end.
