Aniya dapat agad resolbahin ang naturang problema dahil may negatibo itong epekto sa turismo, ekonomiya at imahe ng Pilipinas.

MALAYA: KMU: Why's Lacierda defending Akbayan? - The Kilusang Mayo Uno yesterday slammed Pres Spokesman Edwin Lacierda for defending Akbayan from group seeking to disqualify it from the May 2013 elections. KMU Chair Elmer Labog said Lacierda was defending a "bogus" party-list group. what worse is that the did it not just in any venue, but in an official press conference at Malacanang, Labog said.

Oliver Lozano, President of The Lawyer's League for a Better Philippines: Although there is warrant of arrest based on probable cause, the lawyer for former President Arroyo can file a petition for bail  based on insufficiency of evidence. It cannot be said that the case is without political colour because of the so many (previous) cases filed against her by a President (Aquino) who is considered an arch-enemy. For example, in the first case filed against her, that caused her arrest and detention, the 'election sabotage' case. At first she was arrested, she was not allowed to bail, but later on, the Court on a petition for bail, for that the evidence was not strong, and so she was allowed to bail.

INQUIRER: The Sandiganbayan First Division on Wed issued a resolution allowing former Pres Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to stay at the VMMC on hospital arrest. Arroyo has been detained at the VMMC since the anti-graft court's issuance of an arrest warrant on her and nine others for charges of plunder in connection to the alleged PCSO funds. The Pampanga lawmaker's continued stay at the government hospital was allowed provided that she stays at the VMMC and her detention and granting of visits be fully controlled by the Philippine National Police.
