Di ba PNoy is claiming he sold his Porsche because does not want people to say anything and out of good example, ano? He sold it kasi binangga nya one early morning while making ronda, sa south expressway po sya nabangga.

ANC: Rep.Edcel Lagman believes, the House Justice Committee's vote on the impeachment complaint against Justice Del Castillo is part of the administration's attack against the SC.
Sec 2, Article III of the Cory Constitution says in part:..."No warrant of arrest shall
issue except upon probable cause to be determined personally by the judge
AFTER EXAMINATION UNDER OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF THE COMPLAINANT
AND THE WITNESSES HE MAY PRODUCE." meron po bang ganito nuong inisyuhan ng WARRANT si dating Pangulong Gloria? Alamin mamyang 11 AM sa Talakayan ng Bayan, DWBL 1242 AM Radio.
-data from World Bank, ADB and NSCB are FACTUAL

With PNoy reminding the magistrates their oath of office, he should read his first:

PUSLE ASIA: "disenchantment with the Aquino admin performance on selected national issues became more pernounced, with the biggest increase in disapproval of how it addresses poverty."
PHILSTAR
House of Representatives Minority Leader Edcel Lagman said trust and approval ratings are very subjective as evidenced by the latest Pulse Asia survey. While Aquino maintained his ratings, his poll figures on performance went down, he added. " A government agency itself said that the third quarter growth rate was an anemic 3.2 percent," he said. "that is solid. That is incontrovertible. That is not subjective that's why you have to make a distinction between solid economic data and trust ratings, which are really subjective. They are the perception of respondents."
PHILSTAR- Zambales Rep. Milagros Magsaysay said, Aquino's trust rating is high, yet he does not want to convert that trust rating into other positive results. "Like, I don't see him using his trust rating to improve the economic condition of our country," she said. " He does not use his trust rating to improving poverty, hunger, investments, unemployment, high prices of goods and commodities. "Trust rating won't have an effect on the people if they have nothing to eat. You can't feed them with trust ratings "Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo had very low and even negative survey ratings, but the economy grew under her watch, Magsaysay said.

ANC:KMU: PNoy tiff with SC due to Hacienda Luisita ruling.
Frm: Atty. Lambino - "Tama si Fr. Bernas. A populist government, like that of Fidel Castro of Cuba, and recently of Vladamir Putin of Russia, Hugo Chavez of Venezuela and Ivo Morales of Bolivia, is a communist inspired dictatorship  disguise as democratic w/c  will do anything including trampling upon the Constitution, disregarding rule of law and destroying democratic institutions like the Courts, Church, Military, Police, Local Autonomy, etc. to achieve its popular objectives. PNoy's gov't is no different, a mob rule. It is capitalizing on the alleged unpopularity of political personalities who are now persecuted, vilified and harassed in  order to keep afloat its own ratings. It can't last long and will soon consume its popular support, for in the long run, people will be awakened from temporal euphoria and rise upon the reality that poverty, corruption, and other societal ills are much worse than ever. Then PNoy and his men in order to continue its reign will rule with iron grips and our basic human rights, civil and political rights and other liberties will then be greatly curtailed and violated."
Abalos at yungay.

ANC: Atty. Topacio says, latest plunder suit against CGMA another one of Aquino Gov't powerplays. he adds, Abalos is also being persecuted.
74% trust PNoy, according to Pulse Asia, a survey organization owned by Rafael Conjuangco Lopa, Antonio Cojuangco and Jose de Jesus, cousins and close associates of PNoy. So the ethical question is how credible and impartial is the Pulse Asia survey? you be the judge.
CH 2 UMAGANG KAY GANDA - PUNTO FOR PUNTO:

Wag tayong maglokohan. Pls dont pretend.
