Why are witnesses like henares allowed to hold press conferences before taking the stand. Shouldn't they be sequestered or at least enjoined from discussing their testimony other than in the hearing. This is a clear case of contempt.

Drilon's lawyering for the prosecution clearly shows his partiality and should inhibit himself to sit as Sen. Judge in the impeachment proceedings. 

Sen. Drilon should resign as Senate Juror since he is aiding Prosecutors kasi napaka bobo nila. He cannot be the Judge and the Prosecutor like Pangilinan and Peter Cayetano. Not fair and this is  so FOUL! WE WANT THE THREE SENATORS TO RESIGN AND BE LAWYERS OF THE HOUSE RATHER BE THE SENATORS JUDGE! Where is the sense of justice and fairness! We demand Drilon, Pangilinan and Cayetano who are aiding prosecutors and serve as Senators Judge to resign! Please pass so JPE can read this!

Cuevas and the defense team should file a complaint against the prosecution tomorrow  for not submitting the complete list of its members. they did not include drilon and pangilinan.

On the the Third  day - nobody won. Sadly, the senate lost - some senator judges failed to harness their objectivity by jumping into the prosecution panel's side by cross examining the clerk of court. The much flaunted impartiality of the jurors showed its early discolorations.

Lucky prosecution, they are assisted by senator lawyers who can see more discrepancies than they do. Are they volunteers? Just asking.

Hindi na ba judge si drilon? Is he now lead prosecutor?

JPE is right. He is being impeached for his SALN as SC justice. Why include past SALNs.

So typical of Pnoy style of governance, plunder charges were filed vs gma even when the senate report had not been adopted by the plenary. Much worse, senators filed the case despite the fact that gma was not even invited in the hearings to defend herself. But we should not be surprised because every time pnoy bunglers, he turns to his favorite whipping girl, gma, and files cases against her. The timing of the charges is a trademark of pnoy - it was filed shortly after he had been criticized for his ineptness in solving economic problems and at a time when prices of gasoline had increased four times in just two weeks. Indeed, it is more fun for Pnoy but not for Filipinos. Nobody is laughing at his antics anymore. Bistado ka na!
