TRIBUNE - JING PARAS > I went through Sereno's dissenting opinion and found that all her allegations and statements especially her narrations regarding alleged irregularities leading to the issuance of temporary restraining order are all hearsay. And this makes the testimony of Secretary de Lima double hearsay. She mentioned her staff bringing her dissenting opinion to the office of the clerk of court and was referred to another staff and so on. Ergo, Sereno's knowledge of the irregularities she mentioned in her dissenting opinion is not first hand. Hence hearsay too.

Jose Sison, 2/24/12: likewise apparent is the presence of favoritism and selectivenes in building up prosecuting cases of corruption and other irregularities. All resources of govt are used in removing from office and digging up wrongdoing of known political enemies while little or no action at all taken against political appointees and close friends. While corona alleged sins may be bigger and his position higher, people would still like to see that some disciplinary sanctions imposed on some officials caught redhanded, identified and dubbed by critics as kabarkada, kaklase at kabarilan. 

What manner of man is Aquino? If no less than the president of the country tolerates bribery of his own officials who openly  admit it, and protects them, by what stretch of moral ascendancy does he claim to have, to accuse FPGMA & CJ?
