Comelec faces complaint at UN - An election watchdog will files charges against the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for the alleged defective automated poll system. The group Automated Election System (AES) Watch, together with the Concerned Citizens Movement (CCM), will file the complaint with the United Nations Human Rights Committee in Geneva, Switzerland.
