TV5: DINKY DARED TO DISPROVE RELIEF FOOTAGE

The network said Soliman must not deny the messy storage and distribution of relief goods from a relief hub belonging to her department, and to stop accusing it of manipulating the  footage through the Adobe Photoshop. "TV5 reiterates that it stand by its March 26, 2014 story in the spoiled relief goods found inside a warehouse identified as a DSWD hub in Tacloban City," the network said in a statement.

This government is apparently sending the unfair and erroneous message that those stealing billions of pesos deserve better treatment and have better chances of getting away with it.

The unsanitized version of alleged pork barrel scam brains, Janet Lim-Napoles, points to Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Florencio "Butch" Abad as the "tutor" of  the pork scam, allegedly having taught Napoles how to expand the scam business, a reliable source told the Tribune yesterday. Abad was one of the first clients of Napoles, the same source informed this paper, saying the while Abad's name tops the "confessional" list, there is  a higher ranking official in the Executive Department, but whose name is being withheld.
