TRIBUNE: Sandigan gives due course to Ongpin motion
- In an order dated April 23, the anti-graft court's Third Division directed the conduct of a public hearing on May 7 to determine if there was probable cause when the Ombudsman filed an information for two counts of graft charges against Ongpin as well as 24 other individuals including former DBP president and CEO Reynaldo David for an allegedly irregular loan transaction worth P660 million.
