CPJ impunity index: PH 3rd worst - Today marks the 20th anniversary of World Press Freedom Day. And for the fourth straight time, the Philippines is ranked the third worst country for journalists. A study by the Committee to Protect Journalists says, there have been 55 unresolved cases of media killings since 2003.
