it is not only atty aguirre, check the video yesterday and note that the whole prosecution team showed their rudeness by NOT listening to sen miriam. they turned their heads away and started conversing with  each other. they knew what aguirre was doing and even prosecutor tupas was giggling with sarcasm for the cameras to show their disgust!! such arrogance and disrespect!!
