A question to ask: Is the president's campaigning considered election spending? How much does the govt spend for campaign sorties? Raising the question now raises moral, ethical legal questions. If it is election spending, the LP slate can be disqualified for OVER spending or under reporting. If not, what about his exhorations for 12-0?
