The recommendation of technical malversation vs fpgma is baseless and laughable since the transfer was cleared by coa itself. The funds were used for ofws as the resolution itself stated! And yet there is technical malversation. Again despite their vigorous efforts, the doj could not file plunder because there is no factual basis for it whatsoever. There was no personal gain on the part of pgma and the funds were clearly shown to have used this case dismissed earlier by the ombudsman ? Another slap in the face for pnoy and his rabid supporters.

You have to excuse my paranoia but my memory reminds me of a former spokesperson who was forced to resign when he theoretically suggested anything is possible... Considering his unceremonious resignation, I could not help wonder if that was because of loose lips or because he slipped something hush-hush... to add to my stress... a couple of netizen posts on Facebook suggesting what we need in our "Pasaway" or hard-headed society is a "Benevolent Dictator"...

ABS-CBN NEWS anthony taberna - Corona lawyer hits PNoy for talking to senators President Benigno Aquino is allegedly convincing senator-judges one by one to vote against Chief Justice Renato Corona in his impeachment trial. Former Associate Justice Serafin Cuevas, Corona's lead counsel, said they are alarmed over this report. He said senators can be approached by the President and vote against what they really feel. He said it is a big issue if the President talks to them.

GMA7: PHL exports down 19% in November - NSO Jan 10, 2012 12:45pm Philippine exports last November registered a substantial fall year-on-year, the National Statistic Office (NSO) said Tuesday. Export revenues in November dropped 19.4 percent to $3.342 billion from $4.146 billion a year earlier as demand for electronic products continued to slow down, the NSO said in its latest report. The November receipts were also down 18.2 percent from October. In the 11 months to November, export receipts fell almost 6 percent.
