Now, the court ordered them to pay the farmers P1.3 billion, the money they received that belong to the farmers. SWS: The SWS said the survey conducted March 10 to 13 found 64 percent of respondents satisfied and 18 percent dissatisfied with the government's general performance, for a "GOOD" NET rating of +46. This rating was 10 POINTS BELOW the 'very good' +56 in the last two quarters of 2011.
