Sereno was just appointed Chief Justice by Noynoy, proving once again, that he does not want an independent CJ, but a puppet personally loyal to him. That is a nightmare Filipinos may never get over. The Manila Times Friday reported that it had obtained a copy of the results of the psycho-psychiatric testing on at least 2 candidates for the top judicial post, with now Chief Justice Sereno doing very poorly in the test, having obtained a grade of "4" where the top where the top grade is "1" and "5" the worst.

Olarte is identified with Akbayan, and almost everyone knows just how Akbayan SPINS stories and uses disinformation as well as propaganda without any base in truth as their attack weapons. Can Olarte guarantee that a fourth operation on Gloria, which he claims is simple, be a roaring success? Can he guarantee that she won;t choke to death? He can't and he knows it. The PMA should start investigating the unethical and unprofessional Dr. Leo Olarte. He is a DISGRACE to his profession,, mixing his bias and politics in his "medical" opinions.

The way I see it, the PMA should start scolding Dr. Leo Olarte for UNETHICAL conduct, as well as having him face an investigation and the ethic board bt the med assn. because that STORY obviously came FROM Olarte and the controversy was started by Olarte when he came up with his OWN "diagnosis" even as he NEVER was called upon to do a through examination. Olarte is a certified Gloria hater, as are all of his comrades in the leftist group Akbayan.

PHILSTAR: PMA official DENIES scolding GMA doctor- Marianne Dobles, PMA secretary general, said it was reported in the news that the PMA scolded Dr. Roberto Anastacio. "There was no doctor scolded," she said. "NO ONE was castigated. The PMA was only asking some questions." Dobles said Anastacio did NOT retract his findings that Arroyo was risking sudden death if the blockage in her esophagus and airways that a displaced titanium implant has caused was not corrected. "He did NOT flip-flop and he was telling us how he arrived at his findings," she said. "He did not take back anything and he explained why he recommended travel abroad."

ABSCBN: PMA Sec Gen Dobles denied that Anastacio "flip-flopped" or took back his earlier diagnosis on the former President during the meeting. "He did not flip-flop. He was telling how he arrived (at the finding). Wala ho siyang binawi. He was explaining how he reached that diagnosis and why he made that recommendation. Walang binawi. HINDI siya pinagalitan ng PMA, "she said. She also denied that Anastacio apologized for his diagnosis. "His apology was for ALL the CONTROVERSY being raised by his diagnosis. He was sorry that the entire PMA was being dragged into the issue," she said.

ABS-CBN - PMA Sec Gen Marianne Dobles MD said PMA President Modesto Llamas asked to meet with Anastacio and Mrs. Arroyo's other doctors last Wed to ask about the former president's health. She said the meeting was meant to shed light on Mrs. Arroyo true condition so that the PMA could issue a statement. "Nakalagay po dito eh scolded by the PMA. Wala ho. WALA hong duktor na pinagalitan. Walang kinastigate. Nagtanong tanong lang ang PMA. We're preparing a statement on  the case. Dahil pinag-aaralan di naman pwedeng basta na lang lalabas. Medyo sensitive po yung kaso, high profile po ito," she said, referring to an INQUIRER REPORT.

ABSCBN: PMA: Sec Gen Dobles stressed that only Llamas can speak for the PMA. She said the PMA will issue a statement on Mrs. Arroyo's case pending its own review of Anactacio's findings. Dobles said the meeting happened at the PMA Boardroom with only doctors present. She said PMA members were surprised that the meeting was reported in the media. As this developed, the PMA released a statement stressing that only PMA president Modesto Llamas or his authorized representative can speak for the PMA.
