PHILSTAR: Senate majority leader Vicente Sotto III, meanwhile, said that the Comelec's insistence to transfer Mrs. Arroyo to a regular jail "over-acting" Sotto shared the stand of Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile that the present administration should show compassion for the former president. He said Mrs. Arroyo's health should also be a primordial concern.
