GMA 7: Lawyer: SC ruling on PCOS purchase proof of 'chilling effect' of Corona trial
- Supreme Court decision favoring the P1.8 billion purchase of precinct count optical scan (PCOS) machines for the 2013 elections is proof of the "chilling effect" generated by the ouster of Chief Justice Renato Corona, lawyer said Lawyer Abraham Espejo, legal counsel for petitioner Davao City Arch Fernando Capalla, also said their camp is preparing to file a motion for reconsideration against the high court's ruling.
