ANC: Rep Suarez hits bloating of the CCT budget in the last 3 years. "Frm P10B at the end of Arroyo's term to nearly P30B. For next year, an election year, they plan to increase it to P45B. The CCT has become a giant slush fund to distribute handouts intended to buy votes in 2013." Suarez said. He adds, despite the CCT poverty, unemployment and cost of basic goods have gone up.
