How many classrooms, textbooks, computers, job training scholarships, kms of roads, irrigation, RORO ports, navy ships, air force planes, medicines, health insurance, x ray machines and ambulances for the poor, etc with not be funded just because Pnoy wanted to SHOW OFF by lending $1B to IMF? what a waste!
