TRIBUNE: No source code" No problem, said the poll chief yesterday, even as he explained that the automated polls will still go on, as scheduled, by using the binary code, which is not human readable but merely machine readable. Comelec Chairman Sixto Brillantes Jr., who does not seem to care whether the elections would be seen as credible and fraudulent, yesterday admitted that the poll body may have the PCOS machines operating without the necessary source code, having expressed pessimism that the source code for the automated machines will be acquired in time for the May elections.
