STANDARD: SOLIMAN SLAMMED OVER RELIEF OPERATIONS - Kabataan Rep. Raymond Palatino urged congress to make Soliman account for some P18 billion worth of calamity funds and international aid for the victims of typhoon Pablo in Mindanao. "What happened at the DSWD office was SIMPLY CRUEL, HEARTLESS AND INEXCUSABLE," said Gabriela Rep. Luz Ilagan "International aid poured in for typhoon Pablo victims. Why is the DSWD depriving them of food and TREATING THEM LIKE RATS? They are being victimized twice, even three times over. SO MANY HAVE ALREADY DIED IN THE STORM. Now, do  they want MORE TO DIE FROM HUNGER?"
