- If dinky truly believed in what she's saying, she'd go to the residents of Davao Oriental and Compostela Valley and explain herself to them. But if she did that, I'm not betting against her being hanged by her COLORED HAIR EXTENSIONS from the nearest tree and FLOGGED. This government has way too many rich people who know nothing (and care even less) about the poor, from ITS HACIENDA-HEIR LEADER on down. But the HEARTLESSNESS of its social welfare secretary, a supposed veteran of the NGO movement and an activist, is simply beyond belief.
