This as Esmeralda Amora-Ladra, head of the Comelec Law Department, said they are also looking into the Facebook account of re-electionist Sen. Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel following his social media promo. Pimetel, in his February 17 Facebook post, said: "Hi Friends, for today's Sunday game! Let's play 'CAPTION THIS!' We will choose the top 5 friends with the best caption and they'll receive a personal prize from Sen. Koko! Let's play!"
