Tobias Tiangco - "UNA sympathizes with the NPC, which entered into a coalition with the LP in good faith but were the victims of arrogance and one person's 2016 ambition," said Tiangco, apparently alluding to Interior Sec Manuel Roxas II. "It is the practice of honorable men to abide by the terms of any agreement, but it was apparent that the LP entered into a coalition with the NPC with no intention of honoring its commitments," Tiangco said.
