TRIBUNE: SC ASKED ANEW TO STOP GMA PLUNDER TRIAL
The clamor for the dismissal of the plunder case filed against former Pres and now Pamp Rep. Gloria M-Arroyo in connection with the alleged misuse of PCSO's confidential intelligence fund (CIF) appears to be snowballing as another batch of Pampanga residents, this time led by Guagua Mayor Ricardo Rivera, has asked the Supreme Court to intervene in the petition of the former President to stop the Sandiganbayan trial on the PCSO case.
