thousands of supporters of cebu gov gwen garcia showed up for a rally to pray for the enlightenment of court of appeals justices who will hold oral arguments on garcia's petition for a tro on her suspension. several local officials were also there to condemn what they say is the illegal suspension order. garcia stepped out of the provincial capitol for the 1st time since December 19 to give an emotional speech.
