I ask why Malacañang, a virtual zoo clearly filled with political animals, is given the power to suspend other political animals, such as governors? Can't the justice system be trusted to decide on who is guilty of whatever and what punishment to impose on them? If we don't want politics getting into the decision-making, we should take these cases away from the politicos.
