ANC: The Supreme Court gives the Solicitor General and the Ombudsman 10 days to submit a comment on the petition of ex-pres. Gloria Arroyo to dismiss the plunder case against her. This is in connection with the alleged PCSO fund anomaly. Arroyo's camp insists the allegations are baseless.
