TRIBUNE: GLORIA: OMBUDSMAN FAILS HONESTY TEST, SUPPRESSES EVIDENCE
In a 12-page reply to the opposition of the Office of the Special Prosecutor to her motion for the production of the first resolution of the PCSO plunder case, Mrs. Arroyo, through her lawyer Anacleto Diaz, said the prosecution has not been honest with respect to the existence of the first resolution. Diaz said while the prosecution had claimed THAT NOT ONE OF THEM HAD SEEN A COPY of the first resolution, THEY ADMITTED that it was NOT APPROVED and DISREGARDED by Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales.
