MLA STANDARD: ARROYO RAPS OMBUDSMAN FOR KEEPING CASE FINDINGS - Arroyo and House Minority Leader Danilo Suarez said Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales withheld the release of the resolution because it contained findings that showed there was no proof of plunder against Arroyo and her co-accused. "I call on the Ombudsman to be honest and uphold justice and fair play in the existence and production of the first resolution," Arroyo said through her lawyer Anacleto Diaz.
