MLA STANDARD: ENRILE CITES ARROYO'S GROWTH CONTRIBUTIONS
Sen. Pres. Juan Ponce Enrile on Thursday said the accelerated growth of the Philippine economy should be credited NOT only to the present administration but ALSO to the previous administration of former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Enrile noted that the report from the NSCB which said the the economy grew by 7.1% in the 3rd quarter of 2012, the highest in Southeast Asia, was a combined result of the efforts of the two administrations. The Sen. Pres. said IT WAS ARROYO who instituted the economic policies that are being CONTINUED by the administration of Pres. Benigno Aquino III.
