TRIBUNE - Oddly enough even as the prosecutors claim that these PAL "perks" enjoyed by the CJ and his wife are "impeachable crimes," there went their master, Noynoy, defending the "perks" obtained by Pagcor officials, which include his appointee and kaibigan Bong Naguiat who were discovered to have been given some $110,000 to facilitate a gambling license in Pagcor's Entertainment City, as "cost-cutting measures."
