Atty. Topacio at Ciudad Fernandina Media Forum - It is strange why the Prosecution, after meeting with Mr. Lauro Vizconde twice to convince him to testify, and having a subpoena issued for his appearance as Prosecution Witness for Article 3, would suddenly say that they no longer need his testimony just because he rejected the lawyer supplied by the Prosecutors and insists in having his own counsel. There arises the presumption that evidence suppressed would be adverse if produced.
