Legal nincompoops by Ninez Cacho Olivares, Daily Tribune: If the CJ were that easily bribed wouldn't it have more logical for him to butter up to Noynoy and give him what Noynoy wants instead of holding firm on the independence of the high court and the judiciary? Wouldn't it have been easier for him to pander to the desires of Noynoy to control the judiciary instead of CJ fighting him? It isn't CJ who should be impeached. He is unfit to sit in Malacanang.
