GMA News Online SWS: Unemployment rises to 24%, 9.7m Pinoys jobless
Feb 23, 2012 8:04 AM Unemployment among adult Filipinos has increased to 24 percent, with some 9.7 million Filipinos now without jobs, pollster Social Weather Station said. The SWS said its survey, conducted Dec 3 to 7 last year, showed the 24 percent unemployment rate was up from 20.2 percent three months earlier.
