- The gov't must put in place policy reforms, improve the overall investment climate of the country, and boost its infrastructure spending to reap the dividends of the demographic "sweet spot" that the Philippines is currently in, visiting economists from HSBC said yesterday - Frederic Neuman, managing director and co-head of the Asian Economic Research unit of HSBC, and Trinh D. Nguyen, economist for Asia Pacific.
