ANC: "Catholic Bishops are happy with the decision of the Supreme Court to postpone the implementation of the Reproductive Health Law for 120 days. The bishops will be happier if the Reproductive Health Law is abrogated. The petitioners against the Reproductive Health Law are Catholic lay groups.
