TRIBUNE: Bishops: RH bill signed 'in cover of darkness' malacanang claimed yesterday pres aquino quietly signed into law the RH bill to "close a divisive chapter in history" while at the same time called for reconciliation with the influential catholic church but president aquino instead received a stinging REBUKE from church leaders saying the measure was signed "in the cover of darkness and secrecy."
